How to perform CPR
There are defibrillators in wall mounted yellow boxes on the Station Road side of the Black Horse pub, the Pavillion at the playing fields and at the Caravan Park. They are Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and you do not need to be taught to use it. You need to ring 999 and speak to the ambulance service to get the code to open the box. Once you have the unit next to the patient open it and follow the spoken instructions.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service have an excellent video which you can find if you follow this link.
